25% off Lambert’s of Taos entrees to April 18

25% off dinner entrees at Lambert’s of Taos. This special offer isn’t on Lambert’s website, but they tell us it’s good through April 18, 2010.  Regular entree prices are around $22 – 38, for contemporary American cuisine in one of Taos’ favorite haunts.

Dishes like Lambert’s vegetarian Winter Squash Piñon Tamales ($22 regular price), Glazed Roasted Duck with pecan wild rice and apricot chipotle sauce ($28) and signature dish Pepper Crusted Loin of Lamb ($38) showcase Executive Chef Ky Quintanilla’s culinary flair. 
So treat yourself through April 18 to take advantage of 25% offLambert’s is open 7 nights a week from 5:30 pm. (Although note that Lambert’s closes for spring vacation from April 19, 2010, re-opening April 30.)
