Free Author & Artist events including John Nichols

Authors and artists reflect on the ’60s in two free Summer of Love August events at Taos Public Library. Lisa Law on Aug 8 is an amazing photographer with plenty of good stories to tell, and the inimitable John Nichols, author of books including The Milagro Beanfield War, is not to be missed on Aug 22. John leaves every audience spellbound, and he captures more of the Taos spirit than a Rio Grande gorge-full of margaritas.  Both free events run from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Saturday August 8: Photographer Lisa Law and Rick Klein, 1960’s Commune Owner

Saturday August 22: Author John Nichols and photographer Bill Davis.

Taos Library is at 402 Camino de la Placita, 575- 758-3063.
